IT Support services can be provided on a managed infrastructure basis or as an ad-hoc on demand service. Key features of Hotmix Groups portfolio of support services includes:
• On-site support services allocated per week or on demand
• Allocated On-site Support hours can be delivered over multiple days for flexibility
• On-call support services for out of hours requirements
• Fees charged only on delivery of services
• No minimum monthly fees to retain Hotmix Group as your IT Provider
• Priority response determined by fault criticality not callout fees
